Interview:
Q. Neutral Digital has created immersive experiences for major aviation clients like, Boeing, and British Airways. Can you share a specific project you’ve done for a business aviation client that showcases how your CGI visuals, VR, or XR solutions have enhanced their ability to market luxury private jet experiences or streamline their sales process? What made that project stand out?
A. In the business aviation industry we had the pleasure to work with Falcon Aviation in portraying their Bombardier Global 6500 business jet with all its sophistication and high-end interior finishes. Our client used the material we produced in this recent project to also launch a new suite of services for their well heeled clientele, marking a new chapter in their corporate history. The aircraft is intended to deliver superior performance and extended geographical reach, combined with highest levels of luxury, service and comfort. Here is a case study showcasing this project.
Q. The private aviation sector is known for its discerning clientele who expect bespoke, high-end experiences. How does Neutral Digital tailor its immersive technologies—like Interactive 3D or AR—to meet the unique needs of executive aviation brands, and what trends are you seeing in how these clients want to engage their customers?
A. The visual quality and innovation level of our services is second to none, we are global leaders in this industry with an enviable aviation client list. Specifically, in the executive aviation market, customers expect superlatives at every touch point – this also includes the marketing and digital experiences presenting such exclusive mobility products. Equally, ease of use and a quick engagement is more desirable in such rarefied circles, hence a focus on social media, videos and animation – content that is evocative, engaging and stimulating. While more advanced 3D and AR solutions are part of the package, well-off clients tend to enjoy solutions that are universally accessible with little to no technical hurdles.
Q. Following Maxposure’s acquisition of Neutral Digital in April 2025, how do you see this partnership accelerating your growth in the luxury private aviation market? Are there specific innovations or new services you plan to introduce to capture more of this high-value sector?
A. Building on our success both in commercial and executive aviation, our new partnership with Maxposure holds enormous potential in terms of expanding in this sector, given Maxposure’s upscale client network, as well as the buoyant and growing luxury clientele in the region. We are perfectly positioned to bring a new level of design and visual quality to the new opportunities created by the recent acquisition.
Q. Sustainability is increasingly important in private aviation, with clients and operators focusing on greener travel. How is Neutral Digital leveraging its immersive tech—such as CGI destination marketing or virtual experiences—to help business aviation clients communicate their sustainability initiatives or enhance their eco-conscious brand image?
A. Our solutions have – from inception – been environmentally friendly and focused on sustainable production values. From usage of renewable energy providers, to software platform operators engaging actively in conservation, we have been championing such environmentally friendly policies since the early 2000s. More importantly, our clients save substantial amounts of resources by choosing to use our immersive and VR solutions: the need to ship heavy and logistically complex seats or cabins, just for the purpose of presenting aircraft interiors at public and private events, has been eliminated entirely, as a light weight VR experience can even showcase an entire fleet with complex cabins, without the need to increase unnecessarily the CO2 footprint connected to such events. This directly underlines our clients’ eco-credentials and support for reducing the impact on our environment.
Q. Looking ahead, what’s your vision for Neutral Digital’s role in transforming the executive aviation experience over the next five years? Are you exploring new technologies or partnerships to deepen your impact in areas like crew training, client onboarding, or virtual aircraft customization for private jet buyers? For example, VR scenarios – flight attendants could practice serving gourmet meals in a simulated private jet cabin, improving their service precision.
A. Airlines already use our VR and immersive experiences in training sessions and cabin familiarity training and this will certainly also become a trend with executive and business jet operators. Exigent training, highest levels of reliable service, as well as impeccable processes in engaging with demanding customers – areas that can be perfectly complemented by VR and immersive solutions.
Q. Your demonstration of immersive technologies at the Paris Air Show highlighted their transformative potential for aviation marketing and engagement. How does Neutral Digital plan to leverage major business aviation events like MEBAA, EBACE, or NBAA to showcase your CGI, VR, and XR solutions specifically for private aviation clients? Are there unique capabilities or tailored experiences you intend to unveil at these shows to capture the attention of luxury jet buyers and operators?
A. We are seeing an increased interest in XR mixed reality solutions, as well as more lightweight VR solutions based on untethered devices – our plan is to leverage our talent, know-how and innovative approaches to new and emerging hardware that also includes high levels of connectivity and support for AI-enabled customer agents. The age of integrated, AI-enabled and customised solutions will also heavily influence the executive travel market and Neutral Digital is poised to capture a substantial share of this industry and lead the way in creating the next generation of experience-led and technology-assisted customer solutions.
Conclusion
Christian Grou’s vision for Neutral Digital underscores a transformative era in business aviation, where CGI, VR, and XR not only captivate discerning clients but also drive efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. From standout projects like the Bombardier Global 6500 visualization for Falcon Aviation to leveraging untethered VR for crew training and AI-enhanced customer engagement, Neutral Digital is clearly leading the charge in creating seamless, high-end digital experiences that resonate with luxury jet buyers and operators.
As the company expands through its partnership with Maxposure and gears up for showcases at premier events like MEBAA, EBACE, and NBAA, the next five years promise even deeper integrations of immersive tech—from virtual aircraft customization to eco-friendly marketing strategies.
